How to Return an Item:
For exchanges and refunds, we offer FREE return shipping with this easy 3-steps process, which ensures that your return is quick, traceable and secure.
1. Simply Click here if you have purchased as guest. If you have purcharsed as a registered member member, please sign in and go to your My Account page. From there you can select My Orders and find the order with the item you would like to return. Select the order, update the quantity you would like to return and choose the Request for Return icon. An email will be sent automatically generated and sent to Returns Department with your Request. We cannot accept any returned merchandise without a RAN number. 2. Please return your original shipping document and enclose it with the item(s) being returned. Your return must also include all original packaging and collateral material, including your item’s Certificate of Authenticity. If you do not have your original shipping document, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, order number and Return Authorization Number (RAN) on a separate piece of paper. We really need this information to process your return so don't forget to include it.
